Let's get started with the first and most crucial step – finding the Caravan that suits you best! The key here is to find you the right fit from the very start.

First things first, we'll have a chat about what you want to do with your Caravan. Whether it's road trips, camping adventures, or exploring various places, we want to tailor it to fit your preferences. We’ll also discuss the number of people it needs to accommodate comfortably and the layout that suits your needs just right.

Once we've got a clear idea of the model and layout that excites you, we can move on to exploring the available options and customization possibilities. This way, we'll make sure your Caravan becomes the perfect companion for all your upcoming adventures.

Step two

Customising Your Caravan

All of our Caravans are fully customisable. We have an extensive range of options that will no doubt get you excited. Generally, we start with the interior and exterior colour combinations. With hundreds of possibilities, you can pick colours for the benchtops, splashbacks, seating, cabinets, flooring, and more to create your dream Caravan.

Now, let's talk about our Tuff, X-Terrain, and X-Treme models – they take customization to the next level! You have the freedom to make furniture and cabinetry changes that perfectly align with your specific needs. Need extra shelves in the pantry? No problem at all! Fancy an L-shaped lounge seating arrangement? Absolutely doable – the possibilities are endless! Our goal is to make sure your Caravan becomes truly your own, giving you the ultimate travel experience.

Step three

Construction and Delivery

This is where we excel – the moment we truly shine! After working together to craft your ideal Caravan, we'll send over the plans for you to review and make any final tweaks. This is your last opportunity to ensure everything is just the way you want it before we lock in the details for construction.

Once we have the finalised plans and your seal of approval, we get the ball rolling at the Urban Caravans factory. Your Caravan joins the production line and begins taking shape! We'll keep you informed throughout the process, so you'll always know the status of your very own Caravan.

When your Caravan is complete and ready to roll, we'll make arrangements to ship it across the Tasman, ready for delivery.
